We are a Florida State Certified General Contractor,  #CGC049897.Does LeBeau Construction, Inc. have insurance?Absolutely. We have a comprehensive insurance policy which includes Workman's Comp. Insurance and Liability Insurance.We advise all homeowners to require both Workman's Comp. and Liability Insurance. Ask the contractor for proof of insurance; otherwise, you may not be protected.When do I pay?Once the preliminary agreement is in place, we will draw up a payment schedule that matches the phases of the project. Payments will then be required in accordance with the agreement.
